Village of Cirrus is a town in the Underclouds.

Mekava: The grumpy Light Faerie potion brewer. The second last potion merchant and the last place to get resurrection potions.
Deleri: The Fire Faerie inn-keeper. The inn costs 1000 gold for a room.
Bexi: A Water Faerie looking for her glasses.
Atasha: An Earth Faerie concerned about the invasion.
Odail: A Shoyru adventurer seeking refuge in the village. The only non-faerie in Cirrus.
