White River City

The Town of White River is a settlement in the narrowest point along the White River. When the player first gets here. the bridge is out of order due to the evil wizard Zombom cast a spell on it. In the other side, Mipsy can be found here.

History

White River was founded ages ago, before recorded time as Jeltharo. It was built at the narrowest point along the White River itself, to make passage to the Northern Marches easier. Naturally, a town grew up here. Most of the citizens are either minor wizards, mages or merchants, dealing in trade with other cities in Meridell.

NPCs

• Jeltharo: The founder of White River. He tells Rohane about the town and wizard Zombom who destroyed the bridge and seperated the town's north and south side. After Rohane has defeated Zombom, he tells the player about the lands south of the town.
• Horxas: The Gnorbu inn-keeper. The price for renting a room for the inn is 35 gold but after defeating Zombom, the player receives a discount, the price becoming 25.
• Bolar: A Skeith who complains about not getting enough alcoholic beverages due to the bridge being destroyed.
• Tebor: The Mynci merchant who sells the player healing potions, damage potions, weapons, and armour. The player receives a 10% discount after defeating Zombom.
• Yauvis: A Kyrii who is trying to catch some sleep.
• Gorgon: An omelette merchant who is supposed to go south to sell omelettes but he is unable to do so with the bridge destroyed.
• Adelan: An Eyrie who tells the player about Zombom and where to find him.
• Sildairm: A Techo merchant on the south side of the bridge. He's just like Tebor but also sells resurrect potions and speed potions, and sells slightly more powerful weapons.
• Enkarra: A Kau on the south side of the bridge who's grateful after Rohane defeated Zombom and the bridge is open.
