Velm is a Red Techo and one of the team members in NeoQuest II. He is the healer type and can either heal individuals or the entire group all at once. Velm is found in the Lost Desert, part 3 of the game.

Heals one of your group members. When maxed out, a group member can be healed as much as 150 HP. Group Healing is usually a more popular choice than this because this can only heal one member at a time, and rarely do opponents attack a single player enough to outweigh the extra 60 HP from direct healing.
This skill can heal the entire group 90 HP for each group member. It's much more popular than the regular healing because it can heal all the group members at the same time. However, it takes a very long time to cast this spell.
Strengthens the caster's allies by increasing their magical and melee defense.
Mesmerizes an enemy, causing them to be distracted for long periods. Enemies who are healed or damaged while mesmerized will become un-mesmerized.
Velm's only magical attack. When max can do 45 damage an a 3 second stun. Not a popular choice because Velm's melee attack could be just as high as a magical attack - the Hammer is best used for tactical timing advantages rather than the damage.

Increases innate spellcasting speed.
