Donna Williams (also known as Poptart) is the co-founder of Neopets alongside Adam Powell. Born December 10, 1978 in England, Donna focuses on the creative development (such as artwork and New Features) and marketing of the Neopets website (Neopets real life merchandise). When Neopets first began, Donna took care of the artwork for the site, and drew the first Chia. She also helps create plots, oversees the Neopets Magazine and contributes to questions in the editorial of the Neopian Times.
Prior to Neopets, Donna was a marketing manager for Shout! Advertising from September 1997 to July 1999, responsible for internet advertising, sales/services, and graphic/web design. From July 1999 to early 2000, Williams worked at Speedyclick.com.
