Motes are items categorized under Brightvale Motes. Motes were originally categorized as Magic Items, but this changed on (need date). Though they are considered items, they are living, a fact all the more true from the Book The Water Mote, which tells the tale of a Water Mote. All Novas (except Grey and Christmas, which have shown no magic) can be used to power Battledome Equipment, some of which are credited to be the most amazing in the Battledome. All Novas (except Grey and Christmas) have a wand (which produces 2 of the nova) and a rod (which produces 3 of the nova).
