A movie filled with Christmas spirit!

Will Ferrell stars in the hit Christmas movie, "Elf". In this movie we see him play the loveable elf named Buddy who seems to only want to help others. After escaping into the North Pole, Buddy is quickly adopted by his foster father, Papa Elf (Bob Newhart). After failing at fitting in, Buddy ventures to New York City in search of his real father (James Caan).

Throughout this movie, Buddy encounters many different things and people who are unlike that of the North Pole. But before he begins to understand how things work, Buddy is off prancing and spreading the joy of Christmas spirit throughout the city. Buddy soon finds himself in the office building of his father (Also known as "Walter"). He quickly confronts Walter claiming to be his son, but Walter dismisses Buddy as an escaped mental patient. However, through some DNA tests, Walter finds out that Buddy is in fact his own son.

Forced to take the parental role and pressured by his wife, Emily (Mary Steenburgen), Walter invites Buddy to stay with him. During his stay, Buddy causes trouble for the family and creates a havoc around New York City. But soon, Buddy begins to spread the Christmas spirit throughout New York City and becomes a part of the hearts of many people, including Walter.

"Elf" is the perfect Christmas movie to watch with the family. If you haven't seen this movie, you don't know what you're missing! It's available on video now.
