Belisarius is a Yellow Tonu wizard. He was introduced during the War for the Obelisk plot and is one of the challengers that can be fought at the Battleground of the Obelisk, fighting on behalf of the Order of the Red Erisim. Belisarius wears a red robe and matching red pointed hat. He uses a sleek wooden wand with a rounded top to cast his spells. Belisarius is famous for his mumbling. Rasala often cannot understand what he is saying.
