Cruelty to what extent?

They keep saying that if you take the Petpet to the petpet lab ray, it's considered cruelty, and you're exempt from the contest. Does that mean it applies to the Lab Ray'd Petpet? The Neopet that owns it? Or the player entirely? If anyone knows, coulld they please let me know, as I've been wanting to Lab Ray a couple Petpets, but I don't want to be exempt from the PPL.--Gaeamil 12:00, 10 Feb 2008 (UTC)

The ban is for the petpet zapped by the lab ray only. And once you remove the petpet and give it to a pet again (which reverts the petpet to its original color and species), the petpet is allow to enter the PPL again. --SwordFire 14:15, 10 Feb 2008 (UTC)

Petpet Names

I think that having all those Petpet names (the ones between the parentheses) really, really clutters up this article. I'm not convinced that this information is useful either. If no one speaks against it, I'm going to remove all of the Petpet names from this article in a few days. --Emeraldosprey
