Brucey B

A Bruce who has a habit of playing card game Cheat!, Brucey B is a Bingo caller by profession, but in his nights off he likes to play the odd game of Cheat!. Still learning, but by no means a beginner, Brucey will catch you out with the old triple-bluff manoeuvre. He also tends to hide his cards under the table, so you will not know he has won until the last minute!

Once helped save the Lost Desert from Dr. Frank Sloth and his army of Grundos in a plot titled Brucey B and the Lucky Coin. Brucey B was found in the Lost Desert War Tent he had been recruiting in for a while after the plot finished, though it has now been removed.

After losing his Lucky Coin to a mysterious purple Jetsam in a rigged Cheat! game, Brucey B and his friends Capara and Princess Fernypoo decide to track down the Jetsam. The three adventurers go to the Brain Tree for help but get lost in the Haunted Woods. As dawn breaks they discover that they had made it through the Woods - something no one has ever done before. Crossing the dunes of the Lost Desert they find the Jetsam in front of the Great Pyramid and Dr. Sloth's evil plan already underway. After chasing down Sloth to get his coin back, Brucey saves Sakhmet and Neopia when he breaks the Staff of Alhasutek.

Trivia

• Brucey B appears in the Potato Counter Neopedia article, although he is not mentioned by name, and referred to by Alton Moughbry only as "the tourist."
• He's an unique Cheat! player because he accuses people of cheating very frequently, making it difficult to not get caught while cheating.
• On January 29, 2009, Brucey was featured on Better Than You scoring 195 in Rink Runner. Prize was a GX-4 Oscillabot Coin. Quoted saying...

  I'm not just an excellent Cheat! player, you know. I'm quite an accomplished ice skater as well. It just comes natural to Bruces. I dare you to outperform me! What? No I'm not wearing my lucky coin... it's just... a gold medallion, that's all!

• In the Petpet Battledome, it is revealed he has a Mallard, Biebo.
