Inflatable Balthazar and friends!

The Inflatable Balthazar has entered the Battledome and is ready to fight...or sway! That's right folks, the newest addition to the challengers of one-player Battledome is the Inflatable Balthazar. The new guy has a quirky twist to him too. When fighting Balthazar, the goal is not to defeat him right off the bat, but deal as much damage as possible. Once he is defeated (which will not take long at all!) the damage you inflicted on him is registered and put into a trophy table. The fighters with the highest amount of damage dealt will win a nice shiny trophy! Inflatable Balthazar is a good character to not only play around with, but to use as a weapon tester for new Battledome sets, and up and coming fighters.

Another recently added challenger is Kastraliss. Appearing as a purple serpent, Kastraliss is one of the most powerful enemies to ever enter the Battledome. He's armed with the ever popular Freezing Potion, Pirate Captains Cutlass, Jade Scorchstone, Sludge Bomb and a Pile of Sludge, Kastraliss is a very heavy air attacker, so weapons such as Jhudoras Wand and Lishas Homemade Armour are best. Unfortunately, these two weapons which best counter Air damage are extraordinarily expensive.

This is what leads us to the downside of Kastraliss. To fight him, you either need to have incredible defence (at which point, an item like the Sinsis Crown would be well suited) or an attack heavy enough to paralyze the 400HP lizard.

So, if you're new to the Battledome or an old pro, we have two new challengers that have what it takes to keep us on our toes.
