Razul's image from the Gallery of Evil.

Razul was a fiendish sorcerer and one-time ruler of Qasala, who, desperate for power, was wiling to curse his own city and his own son, Jazan, to live again after his death. He is the main antagonist of the Lost Desert Plot (although it once appeared that his son, Jazan, was the main antagonist of the plot).

He was resurrected and apparently destroyed in the Lost Desert Plot.
