Jesper is a ghostly Zebba who haunts Founder's Cemetery in Petpet Park. He longs for adventure but remains bound to the cemetery. He is brother to Mumbell.

-Jesper is a young [[ghost]] [[Zebba]] who haunts [[Founder's Cemetery|the Cemetery]] in the [[Petpet Park]]. He's always on the lookout for a good adventure, but doesn't get to experience many because his spirit is bound to the graveyard. He is the brother of [[Mumbell]], another ghost in the area, and can remember a magical battle between a witch and a wizard when he was very young.
