I've said this once, Alex has said it, and I'm going to say it again.

Like Alex said, most of us don't even use the main PPT site, just the forums. If you really want to get something done, PM Kym (Kymothy). The members and staff here are not affiliated with what happens on the main PPT site.

I have sent multiple emails ALREADY to the staff specifically asking to speak with Kym but all have been answered by other people. That is why I posted it here. I figure if enough people talk about it there's a possibility it might make it to him.

He's actually taking personal PMs though? I'll PM him this thread's URL.

Always PM or e-mail Kym directly. That's the best way to actually talk with him. If he doesn't answer within a couple days (remember, he's a busy guy), send him another message.

Apologies for the late reply. I've been out of town for the past 10 days and unfortunately didn't have Intenet access where I was.

The main website now runs entirely on the Chat Box platform as it doesn't require the visitor to download or run a chat window externally from the website.

It was an administrative decision made on my end for a number of reasons:

[*]I had no contact with the IRC admin nor its staff for many months on end.[*]
[*]I wanted a chat system on the front page of PPT people could use immediately.[*]

The switch to CBOX was done over two years ago. I'm a little bit unsure as regards to why this issue is just springing up now.
