This is hard...

BEST SONG: "Your Ex-Lover Is Dead" by Stars has received the most plays on my mp3 player as of late.
BEST ARTIST: Feist!
BEST BAND: Coldplay, why not. :P
BEST ALBUM: "Let It Die" by Feist has received the most plays on my CD player cause it's that good, followed by "Funeral" by Arcade Fire (except that's a CD from last year) and "Thunder, Lightning, Strike" by the Go! Team. Can't decide, but I'll go with that. :P
BEST I-WANNA-CRY SONG: I've never heard a song that'd make me want to cry...
BEST I-HATE-YOU! SONG: Dunno.
BEST SHAKE-YOUR-BOOTY SONG: I'll agree with Igg on this one, "Huddle Formation" is definitely quirky enough for the title.
GOOD SONG, BUT FORGETTABLE:
MOST DETESTABLE ARTIST/BAND: Black Eyed Peas and Green Day have endlessly frustrated me this year.
WORST SONG: Either "Axel F" from Crazy Frog or "My Humps" from BEP.
I DID WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY ON(CD'S/RECORDS/ETC...): Nothing! I'm very happy with my purchases. :P
GLAD I DIDN'T WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY ON (CD'S/RECORDS/ETC...): *draws a blank* I had something here, but it didn't answer the question...oh, never mind.
WHAT WERE THEY THINKING? (EVENTS/ALBUMS/ETC...): Backstreet Boys. Reunion? Pfft. Hmm...what else...Green Day with their absurdly long videos, R Kelly with his absurdly endless chapters of some weird story over the same tune, Ashlee Simpson attempting to sing again...

OVERALL GRADE: This is pretty much the year I started delving into something other than mainstream music, which led to some great finds. Still, mainstream music is at its worst and I definitely can't count that out. Mashing everything together...I'll say C. Very far from a plus, but not too far from that minus.

2005's music is all a blur... Too much drinking maybe.
I just know I enjoyed Madonna's new album and I think the Hung Up video was HOT!
