I'm a god!
Hahaha, I was thinking that same thing. No idea who Angus Young is, but I dig the name Angus. XD
It's ironic really, today I was talking about how much I hated the name Angus.
Child, if you're telling me that you hate Paul McCartney and Angus Young, you will leave me no choice to give you a sever musical education. Now Evanescence may be fine, make very good music and be excellent for a momentary distraction from today's wasteland of talent. They are respectable musicians, well rounded as artists, and failry well marketed.
BUT THEY ARE NOT LEGENDS!!!
They are not gurus of music. They are not the inspiration to several generations. They havenot revolutionize music. They are not revolutionizing the music industry. They will never revolutionize an entire culture and society.
Tell you what... if Amy Lee is singing at the superbowl in 40 years we can argue about who's better then. If your grandchildren still listen to Amy Lee 40 years from now, we can argue. If your grandchildren even know who Amy Lee was, we can argue. Until then, I think we can make a decent assumption.
