I'm not sure if it's mentioned yet, but when I type a URL without the URL tags, it stills shows up as a link. I don't think it would show up as a link in the past.

- Additionally phpBB features something called Magic Linkswhich will turn any syntatically correct URL into a link without you needing to specify any tags or even the leading http://. For example typing http://www.phpbb.com into your message will automatically lead to http://www.phpbb.com being output when you view the message.
