Another Day, Another Scam Bust

So I was reading the scammer articles on PPT one day and I read the one about having fun with scammers. I liked the concept so I went on the Neopets chat board and sure enough, there was neorich744frozen, posting �I have a program that will unfreeze ur old account�. Inside it read �AIM likedude88�. And so I did. I copied and pasted the conversation here. My comments are in parentheses and italic.

Horsegurl730: hey u said u knew how to freeze scammers? 
likedude88: i have to get on ur new account so i can get the nitsite of ur old one to unfreeze it. 
Horsegurl730: nitsite? 
likedude88: yes 
Horsegurl730: whats that? 
likedude88: its like a neoepts ip addy 
Horsegurl730: whats an ip addy? 
likedude88: its ur computers address 
Horsegurl730: ook 
likedude88: so want me to do it? 

(Scammers always get right to the point) 

Horsegurl730: uhh...well i dunno there are just so many scammers u never no who to trust.. 
likedude88: i need ur pass 

(NEVER EVER EVER give out your password)

likedude88: to do it

(Interesting, scammers don�t usually take this approach)

(Note the bad spelling. This guys obviously knows NOTHING, because I�m talking about computer language, not regular language, a tactic I picked up form a PPT scammer story)

And so ends another day of scam busting. I now know how fun it is to play with scammers� heads, so I am devoted to skimming chat rooms for scams.
