The Neopets Toolbar is a web browser tool which users can install onto their computer. It allows quick one link access to many different locations on Neopets, such as NeoMail, Dailies and Shops, and even has a pop-up blocker. The toolbar is used to advertise the Premium service for Neopets, and offers more services for users who should have it as well.
Besides its features, the toolbar is most noted for the random item giveaways it has, in which Tarla gives away a random expensive item during a short time frame, signified by a flashing light on the toolbar. While the free items are appreciated by many users, other users have expressed concerns as to what it's doing to the market, as many highly valued items have dropped in 1,000's of Neopoints through the giveaway.
