Alstaf Poogle, the Pink Poogle, is a renowned Neopian poet who judges the Neopian Poetry Contest and gives recitals of his own works. He can be found in The Deep Catacombs of the Arts and Literature Centre in Neopia Central.
His name may be derived from that of Shakespeare's character Falstaff, featured in three of his plays and mentioned in a fourth.
