Not all the inhabitants of Neopia are friendly. In fact, some are down right evil, and would harm, kill or eat others if given the chance. The Gallery of Evil is dedicated to these creatures. Info on most Villains and monsters throughout the world of Neopets are documented in this books pages. However, not all evil creatures have been documented, and new ones are always being added.
Creatures such as the Monoceraptor and Swamp Ghoul have been taken out of their places, and replaced with newer villains. IF they will be added again has not been shared by TNT.
