I just started this part of the plot and I found the pointy stick but it is only showing up in my quest itmes and I cannot use it to poke the hissis. Also in my quest inventory are 7 ghost meepits... Anybody have any clue what is going on?

I did 6, 6, 4, 1, 0 and it went to a new screen, but then said that I shouldn't leave Bruno on it too long, and also that it was too short.

Going from left to right on the quest items. It's the way the vines are lined up, I believe.

Keep playing with the 4, 1, and O. I needed a total of 19 to make it.

To Cerise, iceprincess and any others. The coding gods have fixed my problem (click and poof!) and if you still have any glitches not able to be worked out by any and all normal methods, PM me and I have been given permission to allow you to contact a certain helpful person for a fix.

EDIT: Oh, and in your PM please describe the general problem. So we know if it actually a coding error and not just a general "DOH!" And your neo user name ONLY, NO passwords, or this person can't help at all.

We HAVE the meepits o.o SEVEN of them. But we can't use the stick.. AND i've gone by the hissi at least three times now.

My rope had no rotting or decaying vines and it was exactly long enough. it was too long with one rotting vine. It seems there is some pattern we're not picking up on as far as which vines will work to make the rope.

Edit: Where did the ghost meepits come from? I certainly didn't pick any up!

I think that there needs to be the option of making Bruno walk the long way around.

But doea anyone know the order of the messages?
ie:
-Only gilly can climb
-Only sophie can climb.. etc.

Does the 'Bruno will snap it' mean a weaker vine that 'bruno will overload it'?

yea, this stick is driving me nuts as well. I've reloaded the page several times, and keep checking my "quest items" page... the stick IS there, but it wont show up on that little stone menu thing.... so I cant poke the hissi. Arghhh.

I haven't found my stick yet. All of the paths I've clicked on seem to lead me back to the same places, and on none of them have I seen that stick. I did see the Hissis though.

The comics! Everyone had a differnt character in the comic, right? I had Sidney. Maybe the vines are functioning off that?

Well if you keep going into the deep woods you'll come to a part with a rock and seven glowing spots on the ground. Take out one of the ghost meepits and put it on a light and all seven will be set out then. Just keep switching them around until they are all dancing (don't ask me how, I don't know if there's an actual method to it or not) and then you'll be at some tree thing and there is some dialog and it's ... dun dun DUN ... to be continued

Also I came across another ghost meepit while wandering around, but it didn't let me pick it up, it just ran off, so it's not needed.
