you see, when you buy a Darigan Paint Brush you can afford a better weapon for your pet... and sometime the lab will be the fastest way to train my pet, so it'd be useless to paint it.

anyway, if i'd win the Test Your Strength jackpot, i'll create these Bruces right away, together with Maraquan Skeith and Mutant Draik and Mutant Lenny (which is teh roxx0rz) and maybe a Mutant Skeith too (I loooove skeiths!).

I remember reading an Editorial that someone had won the TYS jackpot before, but it is kind of hard to believe.

No, it happened. It was a woman, she shared it with her daughters. I cant rember the exacted amount (nothing near what it is now) or her username, but it happened.

I beg your pardon? Rather sterotypical statement there. I'm a student with interests in art and I like anime... doesn't mean I don't have a life. It means I like a certain animation style.

You have a right not to like it, but it doesn't give you a right to insult people who like it and reference it.

I second that I have quite an active life, thank you, and I love Anime. The Anime style is often much more detailed and beautiful and the plots are more complex than anything that Disney bangs out. *huggles avatars*

PS: I don't think Disney was being insulted, anime productions like Miyazaki's for example are indeed more complex than Disney films. It's a cultural difference.

Disney does have it good points, I think most of us grew up with it (even anime was in fact inspired by Disney animation) So it's all good

I think that we should just let the discussion on it die down.

Gah. I like anime. I'm also a full-time university student. I totally resent that remark.

They're not making a big deal out of anime, they're making a big deal about your "no lives" statement, which is completely idiotic. Anime fans have lives just like anyone else. There's only a tiny number of obsessive weirdos, same as any other group of people. You yourself PLAY NEOPETS...which is universally considered ten times geekier then being an anime fan.

Just wanted to add that even obsessive anime fans DO have lives. Our lives just revolve around anime.

So quit discriminating based on my lifestyle choice
