well, I went to the library door that contains the first symbol of my tablet, selected it, and got nothing great.
You tentatively step forward and take one of the scrolls.
Your pet reads the scroll and gains a little insight.
Then a trap door opens under your feet and you find yourselves thrown out of the temple onto the desert sands.

I assume you're trying to enter the tomb, not just navigate the tomb. You have to wait the full time (1 hour for traps, 12 hours for scrolls) before you can get back in.
If it happened while you were navigating the tomb and you didn't click on a colored door with a symbol above it, then perhaps you clicked the Back button in your browser? (Don't do it! Trust me!)

Oh well, at least I tried and gave some of you some peace of mindriver library is confirmed for the symbols Fer, Djo, Tep and Kar by the way, thought you might want to know
Which scroll did you pick? and why? (statue, position on tablet, etc)

I visited my faerie and read her the symbols on my tablet, in order. As expected, nothing. We seriously need to find someone outside the tomb to translate this thing for us, guys.

Well I tried going to my faerie and nothing was changed so I guess I'll try the scrolls next (anyone who tried them yet?). And the prophecy I tried was "One day you will decode an ancient language on a tablet." Let's just say it didn't work.

I guess I won't be trying the scrolls then as it seems that they haven't changed and I don't want to be locked out for 12 hours for nothing.
Perhaps we'll have to wait for neopets to update the plot before we can do anything further...

I tried the statue just now, to see if anything had changed, and it hadn't. (The prophecy I tried was the names of all the symbols.)
I think I'm just going to wait for the next part of the plot to come out, unless I can think of a professor of ancient languages in the meantime.

Well, as Rune mentioned before, the Shoyru advisor for Princess Amira could read ancient scrolls. I wonder if we'll meet some kind of researcher after the map is redone?

I visited my library and read a scroll NOT on my tablet, but also not my faerie symbol. Just gained insight and got kicked out, nothing else. Checked the source, nothing special.
(I meant to read the one on my statue, but went to the wrong library

Did you read the one with the symbol that's on your fearie statue, or did you get understands by reading a different scroll?
BTW: I just thoroughly checked the source code of my completed tablet and the fortune teller, and got . . .

If nothing else, before I go to bed I think I'll try reading the scroll that's on my Faerie Statue, as I haven't done that yet and have nothing better to do in the meantime.
