Huh? You mean, they aren't allowed to post rules about adopting their pets? 0_o

I read it on Neocolours, I guess pet page applications are against the rules because TNT says that's considered "paying" for the pet, when you put that much work into it. I'd quote the thred, but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to quote from other sites. Guess I can just post the link.

Transfers are extremely risky at the moment with people being frozen for "selling pets" when the pet involved is one that can give you an avatar (this was in cases where in no shape or form was the pet being sold, only transferred and not necessarily for the avatar - but by giving someone an avvie pet you are giving them an advantage, bladdity blah etc). So watch out if you're transferring an avvie pet regardless of whether it is for the avatar or not.

As for petpage apps, if you post about it on the neoboards, lookups, petpages and someone reports you or a mod sees it then chances are you will be suspended or frozen. Giving a time for abandonment is still allowed, stating rules of any kind is not.

i have a christmas shoyru with a good name about dancing. it's really neat, because the christmas shoyru looks weirdly like it's dancing. it's the feet.

Trick, do you think someone, a mod maybe, should post something about that? I mean, I know a lot of people will still require petpage applications, but I also think it's better to know about the rule first before you decide to break it.

Yeah it might be an idea to pm a mod and maybe have something written in the first post about it? I don't know though I'm still a newbie here, hee. I know that a lot of people are unaware of this rule, I only heard about it through neocolours and I know that transferring avvie pets is also more risky. People can still do it with a warning but at least they would know the risk =)

Maybe what you could do pay the person back the NP? You wouldn't really be selling the pet then.
