I believe it's similar to the Island Mystic one, the Haiku has to have a certain word in it.

On Neocolours they're saying that you have to continually refresh at the Haiku page to get it. I've been trying that but I still haven't gotten it.

From people I know who have it, it is random - refresh at the haiku page. Alas, all refresh-type things (avi/bd opponent) hate me

I too hate refresh ones. They take so long. I get the feeling I'm gonna get bored long before i get this one
