Got a reply from a frozen form

Wow, this is the first time this has ever happened. Too bad all I got was an auto-reply. Same basic thing, telling me that I've been frozen for cheating on flash games, and as such they won't give it back. *sigh* After all this work, I think I'm just gonna give up. I know I'm right, but I don't think they'll ever listen to me. All I'm doing is wasting time that could be spent working on a new account.

Ask for the name of the game you apparantly cheated on. Thern work from there, in the mean time get a new account and starting working on that

I definitely recommend sending them a written letter, too. It just seems to have more weight with them.

I have sent them a written letter. Either they ignored me, or it got lost. The game I was cheating on was apparently Sutek's Tomb, which my mom was playing at work. The problem is that she was playing on my account due to me not logging out last time I was there.

Have you tried having your mother write a letter to them, also? Couldn't hurt. And send it certified so you'll get confirmation they received it.

I did have my mom send a letter, it was sent on December 1st, 2004. I'd send certified if I knew how. I'll look into it.

Wait I do not undertsand how it can be cheating that she played it. What happen did she get tons more points then you ever did?

galonski, here's the way I understand this one.

There's 2 things going on actually. The reason given was "cheating at flash games", but it could have been 'sharing an account' since there were 2 people using 1 account.

When the game av's came out alot of people apparently got their friends or whoever they knew who was good at that particular game to log in and play it for them, getting a score that would gain the av. Neo found this out, of course, and there is a rule that no one can play games for you. What started out (I think) as a way to try to have people not cheat in order to get an avatar apparently is now a "blanket" rule - if anyone else is on your account, plays a game and sends a score - it's cheating.

Isnt this what you got frozen for a while back? I remember you posting saying that you got frozen because your mum was playing at the same time you were on the same account. Im confused o_O

are we talking about the same thing or have you been refrozen for the same thing?

Heh, I've been frozen since September with no interruption. Please, like I'd be stupid enough to even get up from the computer without logging out after this.

Ah yes we've discussed this before. Your mom playing on your account is against the rules so you've been rightfully frozen. So leave TNT alone and start playing with a new account (and don't share it!!)

Well thats what I thought, but you never know!!

I think the chances of you getting your account back are pretty slim, because tnt have no way of knowing whether it was your mum logged on or whether you paid someone from the neoboards to play the game for you and get you a trophy or the avatar.

Yep thats what I was going to say...it might have been unintentional but Neo have no way of seeing that

I know. I have a feeling that's what's going on. Hence why I was thinking of just making a new account. Though, I'd be perfectly happy if they gave me my account back but took all the money. After all, the only reason I'd cheat on flash games (she didn't manage to get an avatar or trophy) is to get money. I just want my pets back, and hopefully all the things I can no longer get anymore as well.
