Someone's shop is pretty messed up where you can't buy items from it, but Amazingly, the goodie bag disappear without a trace after i refresh.

I've found that in a couple shops.

some people get tricks but then you can go back again and get the goodie bag.

It can happen -- PPT'ers have reported losing a pet's level as the trick -- but if you return to the trick-or-treat site, you can still get your treat.

And since Von Roo is playing Deadly Dice all day, you can at least try to regain the lost level.

Twice now today I have run into shops that were selling REALLY cheap Goodie Bags. (around 500np) I went into the shops and the person had coded them wrong and you couldn't click on anything in the shop to buy it. I refreshed and both times the Goodie Bags was gone! Neat trick!

Shows you the craftiness of these supposed bots.... they're not attached to code problems, just the information they want.

So in the first quote, you meant to say "because there are so many people trying to get *rid of* them?" That's supply, certainly. The original version, "so many people trying to get them," is demand, and that's what I was replying to.

I now have 36 goodie bags, and am Wiz banned for the FOURTH (Omg11!!111SHIFTCAPSLOCK) time today.

I don't deny that there are bots like those out there.. but with 4876324 people refreshing for those goodie bags.. chances are if you see 30 in stock for 2000 nps.. maybe at least 10 of them would have gotten there before you already got there and.. nothing's left

I pretty much hoarded some bags, but I'm really worried about that probability that TNT might not activate them to be opened? However, I like the piccies so I guess I won't complain that much

The prise of them has been shifting a lot. With this speed they will probably be under 2k in no time, in which case, they'll probably climb up immediately because there are lot of people who are waiting for the opportune moment

EDIT: OMG I saw a shop with 66 bags in it and they were all gone!!! I guess no attempt at capping the price will be successfull with the bots around

This sort of stuff is always a big gambling game. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. Myself, I've got 104 bags so far, still buying more. *shrug* I could lose big NP, but then again I could make a huge profit....hard to say, but 'natch I'm hoping for the latter. Never do this sort of stuff unless you are willing to take the risk of losing a good amount of NP. I've lost out before, usually by waiting too long to sell and missing that "prime moment" but then again I've won HUGE on some things before...(morphing potions thanks to avatar, snow petpet paintbrushes, kasuki lu cards thanks to avatar, etc.)

I sure hope TNT does do *something* with them though....sure are pointless the way they are, LOL. Not much of a halloween treat.
