Restock Chats?

i know most of them are random nowadays, but i was wondering if there are any ACTUAL working rs chats that people join. If so please point me in the right direction

I don't think its what you are looking for, but the battledome neoboard has some rs chats, people there are really active. o_O

If you mean like AIM Restock Chats, then, i don't think there any more.

Restock was the name of the biggest one, but you get quite alot of idiots in them and i wouldn't want to point you in that direction

I don't restock (dial up ... grrr) and I actually keep my im turned off unless it's needed to talk to admin on the forum I mod on.

But I've seen some "ads" on the BD for rs chats. I've also seen some real ugliness come from them. I know of one case where 2 people got in an argument on an AIM rs chat - one of the people came on the board, got all their friends together and mass reported the person that the argument was with - and that person got frozen. Why this should happen when it was off the site and in a personal AIM chat I don't know. But if you do join any rs chat, please be very very careful.

If possible, try talking to your trusted nf and start your own small rs chat and keep it limited to that group of people. Otherwise, as someone else said you end up with goofy people.

My understanding of rs chat is people have their AIM open, when an rs hits, people notify each other. But everyone has this notion of such and such shop is MINE .. that's why I suggest being careful, don't argue, and really if you can, just fly solo or with one or two other trusted people.

I'd be really interested in joining/starting a PPT-based restock chat. I love restocking, but I'm leery of that board on the Battledome Chat too.
