Its standard in Debian, which is a version of Linux. You might be able to tweak a Windows desktop like it if you could find the right program. Try googling Taskbar Tweaking or something to that effect.

My PSP is out of existance at the moment, so I had to deal with using Paint to save this picture into. But uh, heres me desktop lotsof zim goodness.

Changed it recently, I really need to change my cursor. It matches the last layout, which was very feathery...you can't see it here though.
I have so many shortcuts, though, that I need to organise them into Games, Internet and PhotoManipulation ect.

For some reason, this topic always makes me want to change my desktop. Hmm.
Anyway, I alternate between wallpapers and tsdesk, but I decided this time to put the two together! Yay! It's really mixed up though. I need to learn to better coordinate...
