How do you know if someone likes you?

Take in account that they may be asking around about you. I'd rely more on a gut feeling about it since it is hard to describe.

Why are people conceited?

It's mostly to keep their already inflated egos intact.

How come every time I chuck a paper airplane at this one dude's head, it turns away and hits someone else?

It's a sign that you shouldn't be chucking paper airplanes.

Why is it so cold when it snows?

Because the snow wants to share all the cold goodness :D
