Tony Hawk's Underground 2

Written by: Fizz

Following the best sports game on Gamecube, 'Tony Hawk's Underground 2' is a huge improvement on the original. Now with a Classic mode and Story mode, it really is two games in one.

If you have ever lost a huge combo because your thumb slipped off of the control stick, you can still get some points with the new freak out feature. The freak out feature allows you to throw, smash or trash your board when you bail by tapping a button and building up your anger. The higher your freak out meter gets in a short amount of time, the more damage you do to your board. Don't worry, though. It is always thrown back to you good as new.

If you fall off of your board while in a manual, someone rolls the board back to you, making it more realistic. Another improvement, especially for those destructive types is that you can gain points by breaking various things, such as windows. Also introduced in this game is that you can spraypaint walls and even make your own tags to do so with. All this, plus a cameo by Phil, Bam Margera's dad, getting kidnapped by Bam's crew, getting pelted by a bean bag cannon and best of all, breaking the law! You really should try this game if you're a skater, outlaw or 'Viva La Bam' fan.
