Mr. Chuckles

Mr. Chuckles is a clown who used to be popular until Theme Parks disappeared from Neopia (and Neopets itself). Has been practices his skills since then, but has now become a Villain and an inventor of many dangerous weapons.

Plot Summary

Defenders of Neopia Series 2

Mr. Chuckles was attacking a city in Neopia, and Judge Hog intervened. After Judge Hog mocked him and his attempt at being a villain, Mr. Chuckles released a volley of creme pies, which turned all the Neopets around him into mind controlled clowns, overrunning Judge Hog. Players had to save Judge Hog from Mr. Chuckles hidden base, where he was about to be eaten by a pack of monstrous Noils.
