(Also, this is the best mug brownie recipe I've found: https://kirbiecravings.com/fudgy-mug-brownie/
Though of course I had to tweak it with whole wheat flour, more cocoa, less sugar, some stevia, a drop of almost extract, and water to replace most of the oil.)
