When I go to send my password this is what it says
La tua password è in arrivo!!!
(Per favore, attendi quindici minuti per la consegna!)
and my email only says Dear ¤°* and thats it it wont send my password and I cant remember it ;-; I emailed neopets and thye wont reply any ideas?

There seems to be a problem with this that happens off and on. Someone else posted a short time ago that they got a lost password email in a different language, and yes, their language is set for English.

Also, many people have posted on the boards that they're getting neomails from TNT in Chinese. They all seem to be about auctions.

I've gotten the refresh page in German...

I don't know if one of the online translation sites would be able to help you with this, but it may be worth a try since you're not getting replies to your emails.

Wait, I think I misunderstood...are you getting this message when you try to use the lost password option on the log in page? I think? that's Italian. Something like, your password is on it's way. Please allow 15? minutes for it to arrive.

That's what I think it says...and you then get a blank email?

There's definitely a problem, which may be fixed now. These things I'm sure do happen. Try asking for your password to be sent again on the login page again, see what happens.

I can;t get my password through email either. this is what it says.:

i signed in yesterday and it said i was frozen!!! i couldn't believe it. i emailed neopets about it and tried siging in again. it was all better. neopets had made a HUGE mistake. it scared me REALLY bad

On one of my accounts I get messages from TNT in Mandarin (for referrals mainly). -.-; I was thinking it might be because I switched to Mandarin at one point to see what it was like but I switched back and I've had the problem since then...

That's quite strange really.
Did you forget your password or are you just requesting it for no reason?
Try changing the language to Italian and then back. Probably won't help but it's worth a try.
