I have sensitive ears, so I have to be careful what I use, I've found that surgical steel works the best. My favorite website to get my body jewelry from is www.bodyartforms.com its really inexpensive. But if you need custom pieces or a higher quality (14k gold & such) I like http://www.thechaingang.com/
