my goodness now that is a bad one. Plus reports that some ads are spy/malware and/or take you to sites with cookie grabbers. Yay for Adware and Linux... heh... (though I do enable text ads on some sites I frequent, to support them- but neopets track record is a bit too dangerous...)

That's a lot worse then an ad I got the other day that was like some underclothing ad. I don't even remember which product it was for... just that there was some girl on my page who wasn't wearing enough clothing D; Like wayyyy too little clothing.

I don't have ads on my main though, so hopefully I won't get it again.
But sadly that also means I can't report it so some random child might get it D; -refreshed over it-

Yeah, but there is a time and a place for everything. Porn ads don't belong on a site catering to all ages. Dropping them just anywhere is why some people go on crusades trying to block free speech on the web. If I want to look at something appropriate for my age group, I'll go to a site that caters to us -- not one that has a combo of 8 and 80 wandering about looking for innocent fun.

Wow, thank goodness for that ad. I mean, I'd heard rumors that the internet might have pornography somewhere, but I'd never really known how to look for it. Without Neopets and their inability to consider ads placed on the site, I might never have been able to locate pornography without help!
