That's not mean.

It's called school.

Only math homework? Lucky. Math and science are fun to do over breaks. Better than a research project or something like that. Those are the ones that kill your breaks.

When I was still in highschool, I even had homework over the summer. I don't see what the problem is.

Had I gone back to College this year I would have to revise for my History and English A-level Midterms.
Oh, and coursework.
As it happens, my other half has had too and shes losing sleep.

I still wonder how I managed it last year (As midterms and coursework) but its probably something to do with me not sleeping anyway (4:20 AM, being case and point)

Uh... Over the break I was assigned math homework, a Biology project, a Spanish project, and a long essay for English. :P

As was I! Teachers can be so mean. Lol, but seriously, would you want an assignment on the first day back? Or rather have a "free day" and do it over the break?

At the end of Year Seven, we didn't have time to do our last topic test so our teacher told us to revise for it over the six weeks of our holiday.
Of course, I completely forgot and had to be reminded on the second day of Year Eight

In Year Eight, our Humanities teacher told us to write an essay on Oliver Cromwell, which I didn't mind as much because  I quite like putting my opinions on paper

Again in Year Eight, on Friday 13 May ( :o ) our Humanities teacher set us an essay to do on the slave trade, which seemed HORRIBLY unfair to me because I was on holiday during the next week so I had to do this stupid essay AND my Science homework on the planet Mars on holiday.

But I did it because I love school <3

I overdid my homework. Teachers didn't like having to read so much stuff.
