OMG TNT actually admitting a mistake!!!!! :o !its a first in neopets history. :o

seriously though, I hope they keep this up and tell us what is happening on the site so we all dont sit there like those brainless idiots on the neoboards.

I think it's wonderful that they actually acknowledged that something went wrong. I wish they would do that more often. It would definately make users feel easier.

Yeah! Good on them. They even stopped leaving us out in the dark with regards to the plot.

See, we expect them to make mistakes. That's ok. We also expect them to own up to it and when that happens we're all much more accepting of it.

wow! a big congrats to them for actually acknowledging it within like 24 hrs and not trying to just smooth it over unsucessfully, and the bit of humor certainly was funny, and humor is very welcome, as long as they have fixed the problem.

but kudos to them for getting a) it fixed hopefully and b) acknowledging it :)
