This idea came to me last night and I want to ask everyone one question. What have you inherited? Now I know this can be taken into another meaning when an uncle/grandma/parents/etc... die (God Forbid) you would inherit something from them. However, I'm simply talking about genetically. What do you have that your parents have as well?

I 'inherited' from my mom a very abnormal shiver. In the middle of class I'll basically shiver and jump at the same time. Weird eh? And if inherited isn't the correct term for this thread, please tell me and choose a suitable word for it

I got my computer addiction, staring off into space' look , and tallness all from my dad.
The only thing I got from my mom is my temper.

I got most of my personality from my Grandmother (fathers side) even though I've only met her twice.

I think I got my temper from my father. I probably get my adventure-loving personality trait from him, too. That's all I can basically think of... that's probably because it's only 7:30 am here. I'll need at least another half hour before being able to think clearly.

I've gotten my stubborness from my mum. Quick temper from both parents. Ugly legs from my dad. *scowls* A big honking nose from my dad. *scowls yet again* And I've inherited many other things from my dad I'm desperately trying to change.

*Nany = Great-Grandmother on Padre's side.

I got my tallness, my love for computers, my inability to dance and my sick sense of humor all from my dad. I did get some of my mom's temper though.

Ok, I don't think artistic skills and creativity have been linked to genetics just yet.

I do know that I 'inherited' bad eyesight, allergies and an abnormal gall bladder condition from my fathers side of the family.

Oh and I also inherited.

Shortness- Dad/grandfather
Fat Behind- Grandmother(father's side)
Acne- Dad. Darn you dad!
Good teeth- Deffinatly dad's
Allergys to the heavns- Dad and mom. :cries:
Incredible untidy roomness- Mom

..Most people say that me and my Mum are close to identical. Although I do think there's someting in my eyes that are like my Dad's, and some of my personality also.
