Sixteen bucks? Thats DEFINITELY a good deal, they can usually sell for over 100+ bucks. Go for it, thats mega cheap, I think boxes include every card for that expansion!

I think by box she means "starter set" and why is it needed so fast? What's the rush?

I don't know where you live but the company that did the Neopets mall tour, Wizards of the Coast, might be able to help. They have a lot of stores in various places throughout the US and Canada and are also online. I know that they sell all of the cards and starter sets.
