How new is the TNT avatar? - I just noticed it while going through old auction neomails. It's an animation of some TNT blowing up - pretty odd that they adopted the "TNT" moniker.

Its probably a TNT only avatar, so that users can easily spot the team...

All the "a splode" is about is a bad translation. See, there was an old japanese video game and it was translated very badly into english. When the bad guys take your base they say " all your base are belong to us". And well, Strongbad has this game you can play and it has some silly things in it like when you die I guess it says "Your head a splode" instead of saying "Your head exploded".

Ah, yes. I know of that game, which sparked the "All Your Base" craze. I thought it was horrible sounding on purpose, though, not just badly translated.
