Yesterday: CHOCOLATE. Well, technically I had lamb, salad, broiled veggies, tyropita, and other greek goodies, but that meal was too early in the day to be considered dinner, I suppose.
I love Pascha.

Today is Memorial Day in the US, which traditionally involves barbecuing for dinner.
Today I had barbecued chicken breast, fried zucchini, baby spinach caesar salad, and I used the leftover oil from the zucchini to make fried cheesy bread balls.
