"Could not obtain vote data for this topic"

I got one last night on Tested's topic in misc. polls. I was able to get on the topic today, though.

Sorry to bump this up, but I thought it would be better than creating a new topic. I'm experiencing problems with the polls again. I was trying to read a few earlier and got the "could not obtain vote data" error message.

It happened to me again in the new Versus thread in the Entertainment Polls. :\

The problem has returned. I was trying to look at "The Ultimate Walt Disney Versus (Round 5)" and got the error "Could not obtain vote data for this topic" with no posts showing.

Man, I think this problem is directed at me I'm getting this error yet again on all of the polls.

This is one persistant error..

It's not really forums related - once in a while, mysql chokes on the lack of free space and refuses to service some queries; it tends to fix itself after a certain period (I guess cron ends up deleting some junk from the appropriate locations).

There really isn't much to do but try again at a later time.
