Interesting. I really didn't like the first book, even though it got rave reviews and everything, so I havn't bothered to keep reading. Very unusual of me not to care about what happens to a character I've just read about. =p

lol thats why i know my school librarians really well, you can request books for them to buy for you ahem, the school ;)

i LOVED the first book, and have read them all, i didn't think they were hard to read, but the second book was thought provoking, its definitely worth reading, the 3rd, not so fabulous, and i'ld moved onto other things by then *this was a few years back*

but in all i thought it was a good read, CS Lewis wrote harder stranger things *ever read prelandra? my brain turned to cream cheese after the 3rd book*

I read Slaves of the Mastery a year ago. I got it from my school library. I liked it so much that I ordered Firesong. I really liked those two. However, I saw the Wind Singer in my school library something like a month ago, and was really disappointed. It wasn't half as good as the other two. I didn't think Slaves of the Mastery or the Wind Singer were confusing, and Firesong wasn't until the very end. I don't know if Kestrel's dead or alive.

I used to (and I still do,) get William Nicholson's name confused. Sometimes I thought it was Nicholas Williamson >_<

I loved them^^* I think I almost cried when I read the third book for the first time, hahaha. But that's me. I get super sentimental when I'm reading books. They're awesome books^__^

I've got the first two books of the series. I accidently forgot to borrow them after getting them on a teachers library card (since mine was always full)
