The chat topics that start with "I am all alone and I just heard a noise downstairs" or "I am hiding in the closet because . . ." or "My neighbor's house just got hit by a tornado" Gah!!!!!

If you work at one "for a living," meaning until you retire, you might not get paid enough money to afford a computer and the internet so that you can make posts like this.

are u teasin me AGAIN? whenever i post sometin u always have to put me down or say somethin bad about me *runs off in tears again*

Honestly, I am not teasing you whatsoever--just giving you a slice of reality. If a person makes $6.00 an hour at McDonald's, they are lucky to afford an apartment and food. But, a $3000 computer and $50 a month for the internet? Doubtful.

And, honestly, enough with the chatspeak. I might be wrong, but I think most PPTers would agree. Then you might just get taken more seriously when you do post.

That is one I absolutely cannot stand! And I see it everywhere--in the chats and in my neomails (if you cannot spell, do your homework instead of playing Neopets). Since when should we impressed by people purposely mispelling words?

I must say that "liek OMG!1!!one!!" isn't only on neo... *cough*PPT*cough*

Sad but true. But, not in the old days of PPT, eh? Magenta would be rolling her eyes and spitting fire right now.

Thanks.

Has "and you don't even get a booby prize!" been quoted yet? I hate that one.

"(Fill in the blank) uses downsize plus, and avoids your attack!"
...next round...

...grrr.....

And bapanapa... Cap was quoting something on the neoboards. I'm positive everyone here knows that doesn't work.

Generally, if you can't take the time to type properly, it's not worth saying anyway. And I've seen a million posts by Morningstar, she hardly thinks she's "better" or "bigger" than anyone.

Hardly. You know, my mother used to tell me... "some people think that even bad attention is good attention." Thanks for proving my mother right.

And if you're misspelling to save time, "the" and "teh" have the same letters in them, so you're not saving much time at all.
