I've noticed that the codestones have suddenly gone up in price. Especially the Eo Codestones have risen, from 7200 up to 8000. Does the price for codestones fluctuate like this a lot, or is this because of some special reason?

The only time I've noticed sudden price jumps or drops was with the Haunted Woods plot, seeing as battling was required. Afterwards, they dropped again, but at a certain moment they remained stable up until now. I've never noticed fluctuations before, but then again I haven't been training for so long yet either...

I haven't heard anything about an upcoming plot or anything, so I doubt it's that.

Codestone prices tend to fluctuate about 1000 np either way during the normal course of things. I kept a log of how much I paid for codestones and what time of the week/day/month it was a while back. They were usually cheapest during the work week at the beginning of the month between 2 AM-10 AM NST. I could usually snag some then because there were fewer people around trying to get them.

Going by what you say, Eo Codestones are mostly staying in the same place, just a bit higher. No idea what's going on there, sorry.

After Main, Eo Codestones have been hoarded the most in recent times. I've noticed a similar hike in Five Dubloon Coins lately, but it's probably just typical market fluctuation.

wow, I remember the days of 3k codestones - should have hoarded them

The 5DC I know about.. A friend of mine spotted a restocker offering like a hundred 5DC for about 100NP lower than the 'usual' price. So he thought he'd be smart and buy them all, selling them again about 100NP more.

But after he bought 50, the restocker still had 100 5DC's in his shop. He's been refilling it just as fast, I guess he must do it for a living or something. Hoarders ruin the fun

Yes I have noticed that codestones have recently gone up in price
The Eo is almost 9k now, thats a jump of aprox 1500 in less than a month.
Because of this, have stopped training for a bit.
