Welcome! Have you tried clearing your browser cache maybe? I know I, as well as others, have had that problem in the past, but I don't remember what exactly we did to fix it. :/

It was not a freezing obsession doozer but merely stating some facts that many want to keep buried. I didn't even mention the 'perks' that are exercised by some staff members on their neo accounts. All of their Neopets accounts do not say they're staff members by the way. I wonder why? rhetorical question.
All is not equal in the Neo world.

I've noticed when I post the truth about Neo and it's not kissing up to them it gets deleted.

Please direct me to the the Neo site with Neoschools, the Neo site without pop ups, the site that has never been hacked, had cookie grabbers on it, had a virus/trojan on it, where they actually do what they say after putting it in the news....the one YOU seem to think exists.
