Can anyone inform me how to cancel my free 15 day trial? I don't really want premium, and i definately dont want to spend the money. I signed up with paypal, if that helps.

If you're in the US, you can try calling 1-877-NEOPIAN, or you can email mailto:techsupport@neomail.com.

Also, you could go to your portal page, click on the user admin (url is http://premium.neopets.com/user/admin ... there may be something there to cancel.

neopets premium ain't that good, i dun have ads while playing neopets cause i use firefox and got rid of googleadsense and the banner at the top...... and the free scratchcard and free 2k np a month or something is literally useless, i can get 30 k a day

I personally would like premium so I could get the chance to preview new games before anyone else, and free scratchcards add up!

Maybe I'll try to get a premium account later this month.

lol the free scratchcard is useless its not lyk its gonna get u 10k a week from scratching it and the previewing new games is quite useless IMO

I think beta testing the games is fun. The most useful of the whole package to me is the Portal and the Super Shop Wiz. The SSW makes pricing my shop take minutes where it used to take a lot longer on the SW. :)

Also, I love how I can just refresh Portal to see if my multiplayer opponents have moved. It's much better than going to the page and checking. In that same light, I also love how it posts if I have anything in my shop till. The Portal saves me so much time and page exploring. <3

Now if only it'd tell me which codestones I need for training, so I don't have to check back before I buy. ;)
