How do I get a banner?

could some one tell me how to get a banner in detail.
Don't assume I know what I am doing cause I don't.
PLEASE!!!???

What do you mean? How do you make a banner at the top of a page? If it's that, then The Workshop would be better suited for your question; otherwise, could you elaborate so I can help you

Do you mean a signature (the thing that goes at the bottom of your post every time)?
