New guy came to town, but he his car broke down in the middle of the city. He needs a new one, quick!
ETA: nevermind. He found a new car, but another person came to town, doesn't have a job, and is vandalizing all the stores!

Someone else joined our little city. He was jobless, found a job, but has no bus route to get there.

Quick update... Looks like the PPT MiniCity is dead. It would appear that the myminicity dot com domain was bought and changed to what appears to be a travel blog of some sort. Meh. PPT MiniCity is Dead. Long Live PPT MiniCity!
